RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Lifeasport Apparel we stand behind the quality and performance of our premium men's athleisure wear. This policy clearly outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Your Statutory Rights

You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product:

• Is not of acceptable quality (faulty or damaged on arrival).
• Does not match the description.
• Is not fit for purpose.

For ACL claims, items do not need to be in original sealed packaging. We will
assess fairly and cover reasonable return shipping where required by law.

Our Voluntary Change-of-Mind Returns Policy

In addition to ACL rights, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind returns policy.

Eligibility:

• Return within 14 days of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, unused, in brand-new condition, and still sealed in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable (change of mind):

• Opened, worn, washed, or used items.
• Swimwear, compression base layers, or underwear (hygiene reasons).
• Sale, clearance, or final-sale items.

Process:

• 1. Contact ad.lifeasport@gmail.com within 14 days for approval.
  2. Return postage is at your cost.
  3. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We will
arrange free return (per ACL) and provide a full remedy.
